"This structure has novel features which are of considerable biological interest."

That quote is arguably the most understated foundation of biological science in the history of the world. It appeared in an April 1953 scientific paper by James Watson and Francis Crick. The paper outlined the structure of the DNA-helix, the molecule that carries genetic information from one generation to the next one.
They had solved one of the most important of all biological riddles. It won them the Nobel prize in 1962.

Darwin's theory of evolution predicted that there would be some type of cellular code for the cellular organization of living things and...Watson and Crick nailed it. Furthermore, there would never again be any doubt about the theory of descent with modification. DNA continues to prove at every level that evolution is the force that drove the diversification of species on the good planet earth. This landmark study of the lineage of the horse is one of the final nails in the coffin of creationism, as if the coffin had not been buried and grown over with briar patches long ago.

No reasonable person can argue with this compelling evidence, but who ever said that creationists are reasonable? Not me.
In fact, they are mimicking their predecessors of the dark ages, and following the lead of rank ignorant Muslim creationists. The difference being that American creationists can't get away with the excesses that the Muslims can do to the progressive thinking of the authors of the Constitution of the USA and the effect of the Enlightenment upon them. In retrospect, it is amazing that those men realized the negatory effects of religion, and the way that they sidestepped it with the first amendment of the Constitution, all that before Darwin's theory was even published.....Shit, I wish I had the wherewithal to write a book about it all.

Enough said,

Life is a comedy for those who think, and a tragedy for those who feel.- Horace Walpole
